Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel your place within 14 days of booking and receive a full refund, in accordance with your applicable statutory rights.
After the 14-day cooling-off period, cancellations made at least seven days before the programme begins may receive a full refund or transfer to a future cohort.
For cancellations made within seven days of the start date, or after the programme has begun, refunds are not normally available. Where possible, Flowering Fertility may offer a transfer to a future cohort, subject to availability and individual circumstances.
Choosing the four-instalment option is a commitment to the full programme fee of €395; it is not a weekly or pay-as-you-go arrangement. Where a valid cancellation applies, future instalments will be cancelled and any applicable refund processed.
If Flowering Fertility cancels the programme, participants will be offered a full refund or a place in a future cohort.
Missed sessions do not normally qualify for a refund. Selected teaching sessions may be recorded where appropriate and where contributor consent permits, but recordings cannot be guaranteed.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights. To request a cancellation, please contact Flowering Fertility in writing with your name, booking email and order number.
One-to-One Session Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
One-to-one sessions last 60 minutes and are held online with Clare.
You can cancel or reschedule your session by contacting Flowering Fertility at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice [will/can] receive a full refund or can be moved to another available appointment.
Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, and missed appointments, are normally non-refundable.
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. Where there are exceptional or compassionate circumstances, please contact Clare and alternative arrangements may be considered at Flowering Fertility's discretion.
If you arrive late, your session will normally finish at the originally scheduled time.
If Flowering Fertility needs to cancel your session, you will be offered a new appointment or a full refund.

By using this website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. Important Health & Wellbeing Disclaimer
Flowering Fertility Support provides emotional support, educational information and wellbeing resources.
Our services, programmes, books, website content and digital resources are not medical advice and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic or other professional healthcare.
Flowering Fertility Support does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe treatment or make clinical decisions.
You should always seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional regarding medical concerns, fertility treatment, medication, mental health concerns or decisions relating to your individual healthcare.
If you require urgent medical or psychological assistance, please contact an appropriate healthcare or emergency service.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase products or services directly through this website.
Resources intended for children, including the Paths to Parenthood books, are purchased and used under the responsibility and guidance of a parent, guardian or appropriate adult.
4. Products and Services
We aim to describe all products and services as accurately and clearly as possible.
Images of products are provided for illustration and presentation purposes. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, printing or production.
Prices and availability may change from time to time.
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, an obvious pricing error has occurred or we are unable to fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the relevant payment will be refunded.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory consumer rights.
5. Books and Physical Products
Books and other physical products will be supplied in accordance with the description provided at the time of purchase.
Please ensure that your delivery information is complete and accurate when placing your order.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, although we will always try to assist where reasonably possible.
6. One-to-One Sessions, Programmes, Webinars and Events
Details of individual services, including the format, price, duration and any particular conditions, will be provided on the relevant booking or product page.
Payment is normally required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to change a booked appointment.
Where Flowering Fertility Support needs to cancel or reschedule a session, webinar or event, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and offer an alternative arrangement or refund where appropriate.
Any specific cancellation or rescheduling terms displayed when you make your booking form part of your agreement with us.
Your statutory cancellation rights, where applicable, are not affected.
7. Digital Products and Services
Some Flowering Fertility products or services may be provided digitally, including online programmes, downloadable materials, online resources or digital platforms.
The relevant product page will explain what is included and how access is provided.
Where you purchase digital content that is supplied immediately, you may be asked to expressly consent to receiving the digital content during the statutory cancellation period and to acknowledge where this affects your right to cancel.
Digital products and services are for your own personal use unless we expressly agree otherwise.
You must not reproduce, distribute, sell, share or make our paid digital content available to others without prior written permission.
8. Prices and Payment
Prices displayed on the website are shown in euro (€) unless otherwise stated.
Any applicable delivery charges or other charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout, which may include debit or credit card and other supported payment methods.
By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
We do not directly store full payment-card details where payments are processed by third-party payment providers.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Physical products will be dispatched using the delivery methods available at the time of purchase.
Estimated delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown during checkout.
For deliveries outside Ireland, customers may be responsible for local customs charges, import duties or taxes imposed by the destination country.
Please ensure that the delivery address supplied with your order is complete and accurate.
10. Your Right to Cancel Online Purchases
Consumers purchasing online may have a statutory right to cancel certain contracts without giving a reason.
For most online purchases of physical goods, the cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a person nominated by you, receives the goods.
For many service and digital-service contracts, the cancellation period is 14 days from the date the contract is concluded.
Different rules and exceptions may apply depending on the type of product or service purchased.
To exercise a statutory right to cancel, please contact Flowering Fertility Support clearly stating that you wish to cancel your contract.

11. Returns and Refunds for Physical Goods
Where you validly exercise your statutory right to cancel a purchase of physical goods, you should return the goods without undue delay and within the applicable statutory period.
Unless otherwise agreed or required by law, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
Please take reasonable care of products while they are in your possession. A refund may be reduced where goods have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, where permitted by law.
Refunds will be made in accordance with applicable consumer law and normally using the original method of payment.
Your rights in relation to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or non-conforming products are separate from your right to change your mind and are not affected by this section.
12. Services Beginning During the Cancellation Period
If you ask us to begin providing a service during the statutory cancellation period, different cancellation provisions may apply.
Where permitted by law, if you subsequently cancel after the service has begun at your request, you may be required to pay an appropriate amount for the part of the service already provided.
Where a service has been fully performed following the necessary request and acknowledgement from the consumer, the statutory right to cancel may no longer apply.
13. Gift Cards
Flowering Fertility gift cards may be used towards eligible products or services in accordance with the conditions stated when the gift card is purchased.
Where Irish gift-voucher legislation applies, any expiry date will comply with the minimum validity period required by law.
Gift cards cannot normally be exchanged for cash except where required by law.
Where only part of a gift card is used, the remaining balance will be dealt with in accordance with applicable Irish consumer law.
Gift cards should be treated like cash. We cannot guarantee replacement of a lost or misused gift card unless we are able to verify the original purchase and replacement is appropriate.
14. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content available through Flowering Fertility Support is owned by or licensed to Flowering Fertility Support and/or Clare.
This includes, without limitation:
the Paths to Parenthood books and stories
illustrations and artwork
written materials
programme and course content
worksheets and educational resources
website text and graphics
branding, logos and designs
videos, presentations and digital materials
Content is provided for personal use unless otherwise agreed.
You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, modify or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.
Purchase of a book, programme, digital resource or other product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property contained within it.
15. Use by Clinics and Professionals
Clinics, counsellors, educators, healthcare professionals and other organisations are welcome to enquire about books, educational resources, speaking, workshops and collaborative projects.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, purchasing our materials does not grant permission to reproduce, adapt, copy or distribute them.
Separate arrangements may apply to bulk orders, professional licences, collaborations and organisational use.
16. Website Information
We take reasonable care to ensure that information on this website is accurate and up to date.
However, fertility, healthcare and wellbeing information can change over time. Website content is provided for general educational and informational purposes and should not be relied upon as individual medical or clinical advice.

Our educational and wellbeing resources are intended to complement, not replace, appropriately qualified medical, psychological or therapeutic care.
