A guided 4-week series designed to support you through each stage of your journey, helping you feel more prepared, grounded, and less alone.

    Before appointments, medications, and decisions begin, we take a moment to focus on you, how you’re feeling, what you’re carrying, and what you need.

    We’ll gently prepare you for what lies ahead, while helping you feel more grounded, supported, and cared for as you begin this journey.

    In this session, we gently walk you through what to expect, helping you move past fear and feel more at ease with your routine.

    It’s about building confidence, step by step, so you feel more in control of your body and your treatment.
